Basic covers the school office: students, attendance, staff, fees, exams and the apps. Standard adds the rest of the school day: WhatsApp notices, homework, timetable, transport, certificates, front office, leave and AI Connect. Premium adds library, hostel, priority support with a named contact and included customization requests.
So the price follows the size of your school. A school with 300 students pays for 300, and every module in its plan is included at that one rate.
No. GST at 18% is added to the plan price on every invoice. The estimator on this page shows the amount before GST, the GST and the total.
Yes. You can pay yearly or half-yearly, directly to us. Half-yearly splits the yearly amount into two equal invoices.
No. We move your students, staff and fee records from your old system or Excel at no cost, on every plan. Once you share your data, your school can go live the same day.
They are billed by usage, and we add no markup. WhatsApp Business charges ₹0.20 to ₹0.70 per conversation, and SMS is billed at cost.
Not from Dein School. You connect your own AI app, and how many questions you can ask depends on your plan with that provider.
